  1. I have users on iOS that does not support Flash - can they see docs in SharpView?

    SharpView is designed to automatically detect iOS devices, and in such case, display the PDF in a still high-quality viewer (yet with a few less features).

  2. I installed swftools on Linux server, and path is correct in config - but getting an error.

    Log into the server with the same user as Confluence (if Confluence is set up to run under a special user on the Linux system). Run "/usr/local/bin/pdf2swf" in a command prompt and see what the output is.

    Assuming the path to SWFTools is correct, sometimes, it can be a permission issue where the user running Confluence service is not allowed to execute the binary.
