  1. Update Google SSO for Atlassian Confluence to work after March 19th as all Google+ APIs and Google+ Sign-in will be shut down completely.

    Google emailed me to say that the Atlassian Confluence Google SSO plugin will stop working after March 19th as the plus.people.getOpenIdConnect library will stop working.

    From Google:

    On March 7, 2019, all Google+ APIs and Google+ Sign-in will be shut down completely. This will be a progressive shutdown beginning in late January, with calls to these APIs starting to intermittently fail as early as January 28, 2019.

    What do I need to do?

  2. In the Google docs connector, does each confluence user have to authenticate?

    My confluence users keep getting. You are required to authorize Confluence to access data from Google Drive. Does each confluence user have to authenticate individually?

  3. Small bug re: Google tab in user profile

    There seems to be a small bug regarding the Google tab which is added to a user's profile. As an administrator, if I access another user's profile I see the following tabs: Profile, Network, Status Updates, Google.

    The first 3 relate to the user I am looking at, but if I click on the Google tab then the context switches to my own account.

    It would be better to hide the Google tab I think when viewing other user's profile pages.

  4. Display document name for selected google doc

    When embedding google docs, for some reason the title of the document is not included in the header. Instead there are two huge buttons. I'd prefer the document title and next to it two smaller buttons.

  5. Diagrams on an Excel sheet are not displayed

    We have an Excel sheet we want to show in Confluence that contains a dynamic diagram which is calculated/updated according to some tabel values on the same sheet. These diagrams are not rendered with your Google Docs plug-in. Is this a known limitation of the plugin, or should this actually work? Thanks!

  6. Suppress comments on source doc?

    We are seeing an odd behavior in that when we include a Google Document, the comments on the document are displayed inline along with the document.

    This occurs whether or not the comments are shown in the source document.

  7. I can't tell how to choose the default tab you display in Confluence, when I link in a Google Spreadsheet

    Best solution: display the spreadsheet tabs in Confluence! that way I can tab through them like normal.

    Alternate, not as good: I need to be able to choose the default tab for display in Confluence, if I have more than one!

  8. The "Title Contains" search bar in the google docs picker doesn't work

    I'm unable to search in that dialog, can not focus the cursor in it, just click with no results, and the list of GDocs doesn't appear to be alphabetized or otherwise logically arranged, same thing happens with the "sheet" picker.

  11. unable to connect google doc

    I'm using 3.5.X, when i going to documents picker window, It shows loading status.
    And then I tring to put the docid directly in the macro,It shows "Unable to connect to google doc"message.
    I just can't find out what problem is.

  12. Problem viewing Google Presentations

    Problem viewing Google Presentations

    Having installed the GoogleDocs Connector plugin and got it working successfully for documents collections, documents and spreadsheets, I seem to be having an issue embedding presentations. The macro can be inserted okay, and I pick the presentation that interests me, but on saving the page instead of seeing the presentation I have the following message:

    Google Docs Viewer has not been setup by the administrator.

    I am running Confluence 4.1.4, version 1.3.0 (all modules enabled). I have not installed SWFTools yet.

  13. Google Docs Plugin error

    I've installed this on a staging site and it works fine. I created a production site, restored our information to the production site. When I try to connect using Google Docs OAuth it says:

    You have successfully authorized access to Google Docs. Please go back to your previous page and refresh.

    When I refresh the page, it says:

    Unable to authorise access to Google Docs

    The inserted Google doc on the production site says:

  14. "To authorize, please click here" is missing

    We're using Confluence 4.0 and version 1.3.0 of the plugin. Completed all steps in the documentation until step 2 of "First time Authenticating with Google Docs in Confluence". When I get to that step, it shows the prompt "You are required to authorize Confluence to access data from Google Docs" but it does not show the "click here" link.

  15. The error message said "make sure your server operating system setting is synchronized correctly"

    This is related to an unsynchronized timestamp with your server and google.

    You need your server to “automatically” set the time (internet time synched).
    Then reboot confluence.

  16. When I needed to insert a Google doc I got to the Google Docs Picker window and there was nothing there!

    The problem was that documents would not show up in the left panel unless I search for *

  17. "Page not found" when running Confluence 3.5.13

    I am running Confluence 3.5.X. I am just setting up the connector.

    When I try to use one of the Google Docs macros, I get "Page not Found".

    after installing the plugin and going to insert a google doc i get the error message
